Duncan Stewart

Vice President and Casting Director

Born and raised in Canada, Duncan Stewart moved to New York in 2004, becoming a respected leader within the Broadway community. He began his career in the casting department at Playwrights Horizons before moving on to serve as Director of Casting for Barry & Fran Weissler’s National Artists Management Company (NAMCO).

Mark Brandon

Executive Casting Director, Theatrical

Mark has cast many Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theatre productions and films over his many years at Binder Casting and now, ARC. He is directly responsible for all North American and several international companies of Disney’s The Lion King.

Patrick Maravilla

Casting Director, Theatrical

Patrick, a California native, began as a performer before discovering his passion for casting. As a Pisces with a Taurus moon, he brings a distinctive joy, light, and clarity to every project he covers. At the same time, Patrick prioritizes creating spaces that are inclusive and equitable for all. His favorite credits include Chicago The Musical, A Wonderful World, Life of Pi, Real Women Have Curves, Peter Pan and regional productions of Gatsby (A.R.T.) and Come Fall in Love (The Old Globe).

Jarrett Reiche

Casting Director, Theatrical

A Pittsburgh native with dual degrees in Theatre and Business from Marymount Manhattan College, Jarrett began his career at Binder Casting and rose to his current role at ARC. His recent credits include Disney’s The Lion King, Othello (starring Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal), Romeo & Juliet (A.R.T.), The Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes and for Ogunquit Playhouse, My Best Friend’s Wedding and Little Shop of Horrors.

Devi Peot

Casting Assistant

Devi is proud to serve as a Casting Assistant at ARC, covering a multitude of projects including some of her personal favorites: Chicago The Musical, Life of Pi, A Wonderful World, Gatsby and My Best Friend’s Wedding. In addition to casting, Devi holds a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BA in Business and Arts Administration from KSU.

Jaron Cole

Casting Assistant

A New Jersey native, Jaron grew up immersed in the NYC theater scene. He graduated from Elon University in 2023 with a BFA in Music Theatre, a BA in Arts Administration and a Minor in Business Administration.

AlmaLe Wheeless

Casting Apprentice

AlmaLe is a West Texas native with a B.S. in Theatre Management and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Evansville. Before beginning as the Casting Apprentice for ARC, AlmaLe had the honor of serving as the Casting Assistant for Purpose on Broadway with Calleri Jensen Davis.
